Checklist for your hospital stay.

General admissions check in through the registration desk located next to the main lobby Monday through Friday between 5:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. An admissions representative will ask you to fill out some forms and then escort you to your destination.

There is a separate, private entrance for the Family Birth Center. Pregnant mothers who have been pre-admitted only need to sign a treatment consent form; others must complete the registration packet.

If this is an anticipated visit, take some time to pack the things you want to have with you for your stay. The following checklist gives you an idea of items we've found patients like to have.
