Safe Kids Placer County - Membership Benefits
Sutter Roseville Medical Center

"Safe Kids Placer County plays a key role in the effort to prevent unintentional injuries to the children of Placer County. Through education, distribution of safety devices, and promotion of safety legislation, Safe Kids is a valuable asset to the children and families of our community." - Ed Bonner, Placer County Sheriff

The Coalition

Safe Kids Placer County membership includes nearly 100 organizations and individuals dedicated to promoting safety among children ages 14 and under. Members work together to plan educational campaigns, coordinate distributions, participate in community events, and influence legislation related to safety.

The Coalition's members meet monthly to plan programs and special events, such as Car Seat Inspections and displays at Safety Fairs. Members can also serve on special interest subcommittees, such as those planning the Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament or the National Safe Kids Week event.
